A long-time friend and winemaking colleague to Chris Carpenter, Peter Fraser oversees the Hickinbotham Vineyard as well as the nearby Yangarra Estate Vineyard. With more than 20 years experience in McLaren Vale and a long list of awards including James Halliday’s Wine Companion Winemaker of the Year, Pete has played an instrumental role in defining the contemporary style of McLaren Vale wine and has overseen the development of the historic Hickinbotham property since 2012.
